Shipping Agent provides shipping automation services that allow businesses to create shipments, schedule pickups, and manage deliveries through integrated courier partners. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for payments made through the platform.
2. Nature of Services
Payments made through the platform typically include shipping charges, courier service fees, platform service fees, and other applicable logistics charges. Once a shipment is processed with a courier partner, the service is considered initiated.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- A shipment has already been successfully booked with a courier partner
- A shipping label has been generated
- A pickup has already been scheduled or completed
- The shipment is already in transit
- Incorrect shipping information was provided by the user
- The shipment is delayed due to courier operational reasons
4. Eligible Refund Situations
- Duplicate Payment — If a user is charged more than once for the same shipment
- Payment Failure with Amount Deducted — If payment is deducted but the shipment booking fails
- Courier Service Unavailable — If a shipment cannot be processed due to courier unavailability after payment
- Technical Errors — If a technical issue causes incorrect billing or unsuccessful shipment creation
5. Refund Request Process
Users must submit a refund request by contacting our support team with registered account email, Shipment ID or Order ID, payment transaction ID, and description of the issue. Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
6. Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if the courier partner has already incurred operational costs or the shipment was partially processed before cancellation.
8. Payment Gateway
All payments on the Shipping Agent platform are securely processed through Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways.
9. Policy Updates
Shipping Agent reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.
