Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ShippingAI platform, website, dashboard, APIs, and related services ("Services") provided by ShippingAI Private Limited. By registering, accessing, or using ShippingAI, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Users must provide accurate account information, maintain confidentiality of login credentials, notify us of unauthorized access, and ensure shipment data uploaded is lawful. Users are fully responsible for activities conducted through their account.

ShippingAI requires KYC verification before enabling shipping or payout services. Users may verify via GST-based verification, Aadhaar + PAN verification (Individual), or Udyam + PAN verification (Small Business). ShippingAI reserves sole discretion to approve or reject KYC submissions. Providing false documents may result in immediate suspension, permanent termination, or reporting to authorities.

ShippingAI acts as a technology intermediary connecting Users with courier partners. We facilitate shipment booking, enable tracking, and support return processing. We are not the physical carrier. Courier performance, delivery timelines, and damages are subject to courier partner terms.

Users must provide valid bank account number, IFSC code, and beneficiary name. ShippingAI may perform a nominal micro-deposit to verify bank account ownership. The bank account holder name must match KYC records.

ShippingAI may charge shipment processing fees, return handling fees, platform usage fees, and additional service fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

ShippingAI may suspend or terminate access if KYC fails or is fraudulent, duplicate PAN/GST is detected, bank account mismatch occurs, high-risk activity is flagged, or legal notice is received.

Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using ShippingAI, you consent to KYC verification processing, bank verification procedures, sharing of data with courier partners, and use of authorized verification APIs.

All platform software, designs, branding, and content are the exclusive property of ShippingAI.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShippingAI's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the preceding 3 months.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShippingAI against fraudulent shipment activity, false KYC submission, regulatory violations, and claims arising from illegal goods.

ShippingAI shall not be liable for failure or delay due to natural disasters, government restrictions, network outages, or third-party API failures.

ShippingAI reserves the right to modify platform features, update verification rules, change payout cycles, and update pricing. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
